If you are feeling adventurous, join our interactive masterclasses which are sure to fire up the imagination and help hone that holiday feast.  Then browse for those ideal gifts and essential ingredients amongst the hundred exhibitors and then settle down with a fine wine or hot whiskey from one of our superb bars.
