The Cliff Town House was formerly Brownes Hotel was taken over by Barry O’Callaghan who formed a partnership with Richard Corrigan bringing Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill to Dublin in the summer of 2008.
Drew Flood and his team set up this stunning restaurant and town house and earned its fantastic reputation while working with Richard who moved on in September 2009 when the name changed to The Cliff Town House to form a stronger partnership with Barry O’Callaghan’s five star boutique property in Ardmore, Co. Waterford, The Cliff House Hotel.
The Cliff Town House is one of the top, most stylish and talked about restaurants in Dublin, with both its exquisite food and opulent atmosphere beyond compare. Traditional dishes have been given a modern twist with lighter preparation and presentation reflecting the diversity of the modern Irish dining landscape.
